Now...  Lovely people of my f-list - please look at this picture and tell me - does the B3432 bend to the right (assuming you're heading up towards the roundabout at the top right-hand corner of the picture), or is it practically straight?

It definitely bends about 45 degrees to the right.

Unless the other person meant just the bit after the bit running parallel with Wentwood Gardens then yes it's definitely bending to the right, if you look at where it starts and where it ends in the picture!
